In addition to individual entries, foods can be grouped and the group totals can be used as the source of the cost and nutrition data in other tables. Among the groups are Meals, Main Courses & Sides. The USDA database can be supplemented by entering labels or importing labels from the internet. The nutrition facts are displayed after the FDA Nutrition Label guidelines.
