MediaProSoft Free ISO Creator is an easy application that can create ISO 9660 Joliet CD images from files in whatever formats, a given folder or a volume. It can also make ISO with virtual files, giving a file tree representing a directory structure. Everything is easy and you just follow the lead of the wizard.
