Outlook for Mac can only import a standard format of PST files (Unicode format), but whenever there comes a time for downloading/importing ANSI format, Outlook for Mac cannot import it due to its severe limitations. Therefore, it is recommended to make use of Kernel for OLM to PST conversion tool.
