CopySplitter - is a free program for easy pasting parts of files into one and the same light cutting the file into pieces. Also in the program has a function of automatic gluing files. This feature can be useful when receiving the regular parts of the file via HTTP or FTP protocols via postal services. It integrates into Windows Explorer. It does not require installation. Itself determines the type of file, even if the file extension is unknown.
