Cecil is a small and handy application that lets you organize your assets in a way thats convenient to you. By using Cecil, youll essentially have a menu widget sitting on top of your screen. Youll place there the assets you frequently need access to, grouping them as it is suitable to you. You can hide the menu when you dont need it. Use Cecils menu to group there frequently used programs, links, documents, etc.
